Keith Gilmour, Partner and founder of BARON CAPITAL PARTNERS
Keith has spent his career providing corporate analysis, due diligence, private and public corporate turnarounds, product and program evaluations, strategic planning and project monitoring services. He began consulting with referrals from Canadian banks, assisting businesses in financial distress. In conjunction with Brian Roberts, he founded Gilmour, McKay, Roberts in 1983 in Edmonton, Alberta and successfully operated the business until 2005 with offices in Vancouver, Los Angeles and New York. During this time, the business administered over 800+ projects globally in varying business segments. KEITH was President of the US division and oversaw all operations.
Succeeding 2005, he was a Partner and COO of PTOLEMY CAPITAL LTD based in London, England working in conjunction with BCP in North America. BCP also acted in a nonoperational partnership with ISM Capital of London, England-- ultimately acquired by Stifel Securities.
Keith's knowledge and experience runs deep, from small scale enterprise to multi-national enterprises, providing insight into the corporate, operational, and human nuances of business.
Brian Roberts, Partner
BRIAN once again joined KEITH with BCP, focusing on their established 40+ years of related expertise and experience together.
BRIAN had been the principal of B. Roberts & Associates of Vancouver, B.C., a private financial and business consulting firm, from 2005 when he joined Keith Gilmour as a partner in BCP. B. Roberts & Associates was directly involved in corporate planning, regulatory filings and public company formation activities.
Previously, from 1983 to 2005, BRIAN was a Co-founder, with Keith Gilmour, of Gilmour McKay Roberts Consulting Ltd., operating in Edmonton, Alberta, Vancouver, British Columbia, Los Angeles California and New York and he was President of Canadian operations. He carried out a broad range of business consulting assignments involving acquisitions and corporate finance and was principal author or reviewer and administrator with KEITH, in over 800+ projects globally in varying business segments.
Prior to 1983, he was a principal with an Alberta mechanical engineering firm and operations manager for an Alberta union plant maintenance group with a number of construction industry related divisions. Previously he was an aircrew officer with the Royal Canadian Air Force leaving as a Flight Lieutenant. Mr. Roberts is a BCom graduate of the University of Alberta

Robert Danvers, Finance and Accounts
Robert Danvers brings 30+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory requirements for public and private companies, with 20 more years of corporate involvement at strategic levels.
A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Mr. Danvers became a Chartered Accountant in 1982, working with KPMG in its tax group focusing on special situations and international taxation.
Robert's business development activities include corporate structuring, acquisitions, regulatory and tax compliance, corporate management, financial management and operations for numerous public and private companies.
Robert has been involved as a founder, director and CFO in a number of start-up ventures in industries as diverse as high tech, gaming, oil & gas, mining and education. Robert is the founder and currently a partner with CCI Learning Solutions which works with educators, knowledge leaders and organizations to recognize personal greatness and potential.
